This Internship program brought together seven participants from diverse academic backgrounds, all rooted in the social sciences and humanities. Over the course of the program, participants engaged in cataloging private family archives from residents of the Shubra neighborhood and nearby areas. The hands-on experience not only introduced them to archival practices but also offered a deeper understanding of local histories. By the end of the Internship, several participants produced reflective writings based on their interaction with the archival collections, highlighting personal and collective connections to community archives .
